Home and Away Surveillance Limited is a family run business which specialises in the installation and maintenance of all types of Closed Circuit Television (CCTV), Door Access and Intercom systems. Our aim is to provide our customers, with professional old fashioned values, a wealth of experience and high quality installations and aftercare service. Our Engineers and Staff are carefully vetted and receive training to the highest standards possible. Strict in House policies are in place to ensure our customers receive the best service offered. Our Managing Director, and Senior Security Consultant, each have over 35 years experience in the security industry. Their combined knowledge greatly reduces criminal openings that are not always obvious to the untutored eye. We know the equipment that we install is of the highest quality, having been tried and tested to the highest degree. All our customers are individuals and in that sense are unique, thus when designing a system, we listen very carefully to our customers needs, their fears and concerns. Any security system that we install is designed for the individual, giving protection to an agreed level, protecting property and personnel without jeopardising safety or interfering with normal daily routines. Engineers and Staff at Home and Away are (unlike some of our competitors) not Contractors, but employed by the Company. Each being an important member of a team that liaises closely together, offering confidentiality to our clientele, a familiar friendly voice or face, and the knowledge that the system installed is known to that Engineer. Training is given on the use of equipment installed, thus reducing the risks of accidental activations or lock downs. After sales service and maintenance are high priorities to keep systems fully functional and regular periodic servicing is essential. Servicing contracts are normally agreed on completion of installations.
