Established in 1988, Meire Optical Co., Ltd specializes in developing and manufacturing all kinds of optical components. In 1995, we set up our own research department of resin spectacle lenses and started to manufacture resin lenses. The senior engineers in the R&D department mainly focus on developing manufacturing methods and equipment, as well as improving product quality. Up to now, our company has the capability of mould manufacture, EVA manufacture, hot and cold processing and surface processing. With all these years of engagement, Meire has become a top class professional resin spectacle lens manufacturer among fellows of our profession. Cold processing: we can design and produce spherical, spherical cylinder and aspheric lenses, whose diameters are less than 100mm, using manifold materials. We specialize in designing technologically advanced lenses and lens moulds. Hot processing: We have an n=1.502, n=1.560 and n=1.60 casting producing line, by which we can produce spherical and spherical cylinder resin lenses with a yearly output up to 5,000,000 pairs. We also have a precise injecting producing line, by which we can produce optical components whose diameters can be less than 5mm and weights less than 0.1g. Surface processing: We have a self-developed hardening producing line and are able to harden 3,000,000 pairs of resin lenses per year, with the help of the advanced coating equipment and techniques imported from developed countries.
