SHANDONG AYESHAN GROUP whose predecessor is the Shandong Rizhao Anshu aquatic product limited company, was established in 1987 and afterwards developed into the Shandong Rizhao Ayeshan foodstuff company in 2001. By 2005, the SHANDONG AYESHAN GROUP was officially established. The Group owning existing property resultant 300 million yuan RMB with Staff 1600 people, administrative personnel 80 people and specialized technical personnel 30 people, contains 5 subsidiary companies and one food scientific research institutions. It is the large-scale comprehensive enterprise, including: the aquatic products and series surimi products? manufacture and scientific research, the production, the frozen, the refrigeration, the Restaurant and the real estate development. Generally the Group occupies a land of 600 Chinese acres, floor space 40000 square meters and has a 20000 square meters? modernized workshop which conform to the international standard with a modernized cold storages may hold 25000 tons products. We also introduce advanced international level the simulation crabmeat, surimi products, the Gefilte fish, the bamboo turn of fish volume and South Korea fries in oil food production line, quick-freeze moon and other modern production equipments from overseas. Finally we have completed the fish fillet production and process workshop by 2004 year's end which can hold thousands of workers at the same time. The Group's product processing factory mainly distributes in places such as Rizhao, Beihai (Guangxi, China), Xiamen(Fujian,China). Two aquatic product processing bases in Burma and South America also belong to the Group, the year production amount of aquatic product is above 50,000 tons.
