For almost two decades we have been in the business of recycling used motor oil, starting with one recycling plant and two years later we started our second re-refining plant at on other location. In pursuit of perfection we have been using the acid/clay process. It involves the reaction of used oil and sulphuric acid to dissolve or settle metal salts and particles, aromatics, organic acids, polar compounds and dirt. These contaminants form a sludge, which is drawn out for disposal. Clay addition followed by filtration is used to remove any remaining colour. We are also in position to supply various grades and qualities (API) of Lubricants produced from recycled base or virgin base lube base oils and our also able to supply Virgin Base Oils (SN-150 & SN-500), RPO, Slack Wax.
