As part of the diversification and value addition programmes M/S Njavallil Latex Private Ltd., have ventured into the manufacture of Surgical and Examination Gloves, under the Style M/S Beta Healthcare Products Private Limited, at the Cochin Special Economic Zone, Kakkanad in Ernakulam District of Kerala. Beta will also walk the path of quality set by the Flagship Company and aims to top the category in the country. The lion’s share of the products is meant for export, however part of the production will be sold in the domestic market. The company aims to manufacture 0.5 Million gloves a day. The company has an integrated facility to manufacture, inspect, & pack the gloves as per the production capacity. Great care is taken to keep the manufacturing environment germ-free and sterile. Every glove that comes out of the manufacturing facility goes through stringent test and adheres or exceeds the quality standards set. The company is ISO 9001: 20001, CE and GMP Certified Product Characteristics Made from natural rubber latex Anatomically shaped Textured surface for excellent grip in wet as well as dry conditions Pre powdered Beaded cuffs with length of 265mm - 290mm Meets international as well as Indian Standards Standards Conforms to standards of ASTM D 3577, EN 455 Part I, II & III Conforms to standards of BIS – IS 13422 & IS 4148 Quality Extractable protein content of less than 100 µ g/gm 100% inspection of gloves
