Customer is requested to issue Purchase Order Numbers always to have a professional record of every thing. 2. All orders are subjected to the lead time as agreed between buyer and supplier. 3. Payment term: L. C. At Sight or Advance or 50% advance & 50% when shipment ready to ship. 4. Understanding, Information Sharing and Transparency from both side. 5. If Customer has his own logistics, we are always open to coordinate with them, other wise we introduce our contract clearing agent to negotiate Freight with the Lines and we provide freight and delivery details from more than one line, so that you have an option to select best one for you. 6. We have a standard POS (Product Offer Sheets) made in Excel sheets of windows, that gives you an approximate idea about the Container quantity and ELC (Estimated Landed Cost) so as to help you in finalizing the orders, but if customer has his own Way. 7. We work on the customer theme, source and develop theme and introduce it to the Customer via Emails and or Hard Copy. We organize samples development as per requirement of the customer and the samples development process is always at Vendor cost but Courier/ Air Shipment or Sea Shipment of the Samples will be always at customer's cost. Service Charges: The Company has a very nominal rates in comparison to the services offered, that all is with a consideration of Job Hours and Services and you find that you just pay a very small amount and get your own office in India to look after production Company has certain norms and Charge from Customers for providing Services that makes our customers enable in looking after the whole production plan sitting even at a distance. Our service charges are nominal and are justified in terms of Services and Benefits. Service Rates: We charge a small nominal and justified amount, in comparison to benefits you get, just small amount and you have your own buying/production department in India. Always your control and your company policies implementation through our network; Keeping an eye on the production process and its Health & Safety Policy.
