UNILONG FOUNDRY GROUP, INC. (UFG), founded in 1982, has been in continuous operation as a jobbing foundry producing cast aluminum and iron products. The majority of our works have been serving the manufacturing, lighting, transportation, and outdoor decoration industries worldwide. There are four foundries in UFG with annual production capacity of 1,800 tons of iron castings and 1,200 tons of aluminum castings. The maximum weight of casting is up to 2,000 pounds. UFG occupies an area of 24,000 square feet with building area of 5,300 square feet. There are 170 employees, and 34 of them are professional technicians. With persistent investment in the casting facilities in the last 20 years, Unilong Foundry has the capacity to supply customers with castings produced by three different processes: sand casting, gravity casting and die casting. Especially the permanent-mold process, our under-one-roof tool-making shop enables UFG to deliver some of the most competitive prices in the industry. Our customers told us that to earn their businesses we needed to do two things consistently: produce quality castings and on-time delivery. In order to achieve these targets, our management takes a direct "hands-on" approach that keeps us directly involved with every aspect of the casting processes.
