Being a leader in compressors and casting production in the former Soviet Union, UKRROSMETALL today owns 5 plants inside and outside of the Ukraine with 4 thousand people working with us. Today we produce a wide range of last generation compressors for mining industries, construction, agriculture, as well as welding machines and casting. Screw compressors (volume flow 0,6 – 100 m3/min; oil/oil-free; portable/stationary; air/gas/ nitrogen-membrane; one-stage/two-stage; for food, textile, chemical, mining industry, for boring rigs, to supply pneumatic tools and instruments, for transportation of natural and accompanying gas, for prevention/localization/extinguishing fire at mines, for construction of oil and gas wells) Piston compressors (volume flow 0,2 – 10 m3/min; discharge pressure to 250 kgf/cm2; air/gas; driven from diesel/electric motor; portable/stationary/self-propelled; for construction sites/oil and gas wells, for pneumatic tests of gas-main pipelines, for coal and ore production, for tunnel laying, for loose goods transportation, to provide pneumatic tools and instruments, to compress natural gas, hydrocarbon gases/petrol/methane and carbonic acid vapor) Rotary compressors (volume flow 4,8 – 377 m3/min; to create vacuum, to produce and supply compressed air/non-toxic and safe gases) Natural gas vehicle fueling compressor stations (daily capacity 45-300 vehicles, compressed natural gas 20 Mpa/200 atm.) Portable welding plants (for manual arc welding, metal DC cutting with consumable and non-consumable electrodes) Pumping units (flow 76-120 m3/hour; portable/stationary; to pump water at irrigation/drainage/ construction/outdoor repairs) Oil/diesel fuel separators (volume flow: during clarification 4 m3/hour, during purification 2,8 m3/hour) Oil heaters and filter units (volume flow 2-4 m3/hour)
