Lantern battery (voltage: 6V, 4R25 series, shelf life: 24months) d. Lithium manganese battery (voltage: 3V, button cell: CR1216, CR1220, CR1616, CR1620, CR2016, CR2025, CR2032, CR2320 etc; photo battery (cylindrical shape): CR1/3N, CR2, CR123A, CR14250, CR14505, 2CR5, CR-P2 etc. shelf life: 60 months) e. Rechargeable battery Production capacity: Alkaline batteries: 5 production lines with the capacity of 15 million pcs/months. (180 million pcs/year) Zinc Chloride Batteries: 7 production lines with the capacity of 50 million pcs/months. (600 million pcs/year) 4R25 & 4R25-2 lantern Batteries: 1 million pcs/months. (12 million pcs/year) 2. The standard of our dry battery quality is 90%-95% capacity of some famous brands (Duracell, Energizer etc). They also have a very good performance of anti-leakage as: leakage rate <10PPM and battery uniform rate>95%. a. Quality system: We comply with ISO 9001:2000. b. International: All our products comply with the standard of IEC 60086-1(general) -2 (specification). c. Regional: We have also acquired regional certification including ISI (Israel Standard Institute) & SABS (South African Bureau of Standards), BSI (British Stand Institute): BS EN 60086-2:1996), DIN-Norm 38406-E29 (Germany standard). d. Certification: All of our products have past CE certificate and SGS testing, meeting RoHS directive. 3. OEM production is welcome! FYI, in the past 10 years, we supplied OEM service for 80% of our customers, including some well-know buyers, for example, WURTH (Germany), JUMBO (Switzerland), VDI (France), METCASH (Australia), UNIROSS (South Africa) etc. Radiant has complete flexibility for private labels, whatever your special requirements, for design or packing, we’re ready to accommodate. 4.
