Yuhuan Wanzhou machinery Co.,Ltd specialized in developing and manufacturing parts of auto brake caliper and other auto spare parts. Brake caliper piston, piston rod, handspike arm,high strength bolts and fasteners of brake caliper are our main products. Now there are 218 staff here, technical force is powerful especially. Among them, 15 are administrative staff, 5 are technical staff and 10 have the high intermediate professional title and academic certificates at or above the junior college lever. Our company has past through ISO9001:2000 Quality Management System, now we are applying ISO/TS16949 quality system. Our company lies in the coastal area of the east of Zhejiang Province, near to Wenzhou and Ningbo,so land and water transportation is very convenient;locates in the Yuhuan which is the production base of spare parts of automobile and motorcycle, so it is growing by leaps and bounds. Now we are constructing new workshop which covers 16250?. We have advanced production equipments,such as forging machine,die casting machine,oil press, grinding machine, NC lathe;meanwhile we have complete sets of equipment,such as read spectrograph, salt fog testing machine, oscillometer, metallurgical microscope, sclerometer, and so on.,in order to meet measuring and testing of products demand. Fine workmanship,good quality and competitive make our porducts market in whole factories, and export to all the world, products are well received by users.
