Product:Dark orange-red extract of dried chilli and paprika fruits (Capsicum Annuum L).Extraction is carried out with hexane and the product may be Standardized with vegetable oil . Main colouring ingredients are capsorubin and Capsanthin. Shelf life:shelf life is 9-12 months in unopened container when kept in dark at 5-25 Temperature.Do not freeze . After opening the product should not be exposed To light and air . Colour content:The color contains min 50g/kg of xanthophylls, at least 50% Of which are capsorubin and capsanthin.
