DASA Services (Pty) Limited was established in 1981, in Johannesburg, South Africa, in the design and manufacturing of a wide range of high quality waste handling equipment for the generators of waste in the commercial, industrial and medical sectors. During the past 25 years, DASA has been of assistance to major companies in various sectors, in the handling of their waste in the most practical and cost-effective way and be part of "the green environment". DASA Compactors are designed for high reduction of the volume of waste and highly decrease the expenditure for waste removal. Consequently, property owners generate substantial savings from their current operation budget to a local council or private contractor. DASA Screw Compactor dramatically reduces the volume of waste, has low maintenance and destroys the waste. By destroying the waste, it eliminates the risk of pilferage in the waste area and consequently property owners generate large savings from their budget on waste management. DASA Special Waste Handling Equipment for the separation of liquid waste and solid waste for returned goods is assisting the processors of dairy products to generate large savings from their budget for waste removal and from their labour costs, by eliminating the separation of liquid waste and solid waste by hand and additional income by selling the liquid waste to pig farmers. DASA Balers cater for recyclable materials such as paper, plastic, cardboard, glass, scrap metal and electronic components. DASA Bundu Baler, manual baler for plastic, was designed and manufactured as per the request of the Plastic Federation of South Africa to assist small entrepreneurs who live in rural and remote areas and do not have electricity to save on their transport costs and be part of "the green environment". DASA products compete in quality with the international market and in price due to the low value of our local currency against major currencies. Company profile and product information on our range of equipment is available. Prices can be quoted Ex-factory, FOB or CIF to port of destination. We wish to expand our market to other continents. We are therefore looking for established companies who are in a position to distribute our products and provide the after-sale service on hydraulics, electricals and mechanical.
