The Qingdao Pengyuan Natural Pigment Research Institute founded in 1996, the registered capital of 560 million Yuan, is a high-tech enterprise developing, producing, and marketing natural pigments. The Research Institute has independent Import-export right, was registered in FDA of America in 2002 and passed ISO9001:2000 quality system certification and kosher certification.
