We are 3 Chinese Foundries. One is called Beijing Hithertop Precision Casting, engaged in lost-wax precision castings, and ISO9001 certified. The other one is named as Tangshan Jianzhi Malleable Iron, with yearly yield of 20,000 MT of sand castings, also ISO9001 certificated. And in September of 2005, we had another new foundry, engaged in Lost-foam casting for annually 5000 MT per shift. From the very beginning, we take advantages of technical support from Chinese Investment Casting Association, several Universities, Research Institutes, and business/tech. partners. Our metal-processing materials range from stainless/carbon/alloy steel, cast iron, bronze, brass, magnesium, titanium, aluminum alloy to nickel alloy. Serving industries of our products include general machinery, aircraft, automobile/motorcycle/bicycle, watercraft, building hardware, family hardware, tool hardware, fitting/valve& pipe accessories, van wheel/turbine/blade, gulf club, saddlery and so on. In one word, we are to be a single source manufacturer of investment casting, sand casting and following machining in the international market. Furthermore, we undertake industrial engineering projects, such as Shape & Dimension Design, Capacities Design, Properties Analysis, Manufacturing Procedure Design, and Age Prediction.
