With strong technical force, and advanced equipments such as 10T electric arc induction furnace, centrifugal blasting machine, etc, we can manufacture highly intensified and long durable cast steel shot and grit through the process of quadric quenching, back fire tempering, spiraling, screening and packing and our annual output can reach 100,0000T, yearly turnover is over USD 42 Million. We have imported US ERVIN fatigue testing machine to estimate the properties and Germany SPECTROLAB to analyze the chemical elements, which guarantee our products to strictly meet the American SAE standard . Moreover, we have acquired ISO9001: 2000 standard certificates.
