I am a new immigrant into Canada from Nigeria.I have a very profitable and virile Tax and Audit practice in Nigeria and also my other company is expected to go into export from all over the world particularly from North America and Europe into and from Nigeria.Nigeria has oil, and oil spillage and pollution has always occured causijg stoppages in production as a result of its effect on the environment.This has brought some companies to register with oil companies and the Nigerian Government in order to clear this environmental disorder as quickly as possible.This would be an area I would want technical experts to form a partnership with my own company in order to work professionally, bring necessary equipments and expertise to work in this area. Also, the country has a very large population and is presently undergoing some efforts at computerising Government operations.Many operations are being done manually, particularly in the area of recording income tax for the various state Governments.My company developed a software locally for this purpose but it has not relly captured the whole operations.We might be looking at a company that could help in perfecting the program The country has about 130million people and could do with some basic household goods and disposables e.g.bleaches,soaps etcMy company may wish to invest in this area too. I am 47 years and a Chartered Accountant by training but there is always this urge to diversify into operating in the areas listed above
