Promotion: What makes us so special from other Manufacturers to promote business with Our Clients, * We coordinate the styles for our clients to receive a variation of styles yet belong to the same Group, so that when displayed on the stand or racks they fit into the same family and a big variety of article / styles / fabrics, makes the range more attractive for most clients to buy more than one article. * To promote such an operation we have to communicated with the clients & the vendors on a day to day bases & also travel in person depending on the situation such as; the lead time given for manufacturing, for travailing is not only time consuming but also adds to overhead expenses. Market research: Once a customer has approached us with a company profile & the kind of requirement feedback they are looking for, depending on the trends, our venture begins with careful, systematic research. By using a business planning process make sure that our research is on the right track. * If the product is unknown to India, we try to match the nearest possible development, keeping the design esthetics in mind in most cases we do accomplish successfully when it involves hand made, but it does tend to be a disaster when its done on computer machines that are occasionally not available in India. * All Fabrics can be developed or readily picked from the market, this depends on the Quantity & Quality standards of a Customer. Developments: * We prefer sending packages on the basis of our clients request, our best experience in the past years have been by developing New Samples based on the Tec-pack received from the clients. Unless in some cases when we have worked with a client for one year & know the type of buying that will be propriety for there specific client. * On receiving a Tec-pack, we look for the specific fabric / s , all the embellishments that are required for that specific style , if there are size specifications on the chart according to which we develop the first proto. * The sample is dispatched for approval, if the sample is made in actual fabric & approved on receiving the package, the price & delivery time can be closed / finalized. * If the same has to be made in a specific developed fabric the costing & delivery date of the product will be closed once the sampling meter ages are in hand. New developments time frame could be start from 30 to 60 days. Operational Plan This normally differs as per clients interest applied in most cases, but as each procedure adds to the cost of the product, some clients rather overlook the benefits & not make use of it. If the quantity is 1000 pieces in a style, we pull out 3 identical pieces from the pilot run (first 10 to 25 pieces) covering all sizes in actual fabric received after Lab test approval for sealing all 3 pieces are signed and distributed as following : *One stays with vendor (the vendor will follow this bulk approval sample for the rest of the 1000 pieces) *Second with Q/C department, to do the inspection on the bases of the signed sample in hand . * Third pieces goes to the Client to compare the goods, when they receive the total goods, to match in accordance to this sealed sample Balance Stages of Inspection: * Inline, 25% of the goods are on machine, to measurement size & workmen ship covering all colors, * Midline, 50% of the are out of machine, checking, ironed, with complete tags etc, but on hangers * Pre-final, 75% of the goods ready to go into, ploy bags / cartons, with proper stickers, marking etc. * Last Of all Final inspection, 100% goods, Packed, the vendor at this stage has to provide the following: - - Vendor’s Internal Audit report , We never do a 100% inspection as this is the vendors liability, - No shipment to leave without an Inspection Certificate. - Packing List , Invoice , & other shipping documents , that needs to be forwarded to a nominated clearing Agent or if we have to use our own. Manufacturing: After we have received a final order confirmation, on the bases of style approval & price we forward pre-former invoice, confirming payment terms / mode of shipment delivery date etc. On receiving Bank advice of the payment, we proceed with the total exercise of purchasing material and making of the goods, the inspection & shipping details are the same process as given above.
