Founded in 1980, the predecessor of the company---Zhi county print factory is a county-grade collective enterprise which started from a small workshop. After more than 20 years , with people’s hard struggle, it became stepwise strong. In 1994, the enterprise converted system to be a joint-stock enterprise. In 1999, the enterprise changed name into Tonghui which is a medium-sized joint-stock enterprise integrating spinning, printing and economy. Covering 130 mou, the company now has more than 1280 stuff. And its sub companies include tricot knitting company, printing first company, printing second company, economic and trade company, silk refinery company, transport company and so on. The main products include emulational costume materials, all kinds of downy tricot knitting costume materials, and all kinds of tatting inner materials such as polyester pongee, poly pongee, beautiful silk, cotton, washing cotton, real silk and so on. Among them, the new developing products including copy deerskin, copy Australia skin and so on have large influence in both domestic and international markets. The company pays attention to train human and develop new products. And there are stronger technical group and researching ability of new products. Now, the company has 120 junior college students, secondary specialized school students and technical managers which settled good base for far development. The company passed the certificate of ISO9000 quality system in 1999, be judged as first enterprise of 320 project in Tongxiang City in 2002, be judged as one of the ten famous contributing enterprises in Tongxiang City in 2003, passed certificate of ISO14000 environment system in 2003, be judged as the most growing middle and small enterprise by Zhejiang government in 2004.
