Method Machine Works, a Malaysia-based privated limited company is one of the best known manufacturer and exporter of industrial machineries and equipments. Its main aim is to be one stop shop and to provide total solutions to various industrial requirements. It has a manpower strength of 30 people that support the entire operations of the company. The company’s machineries & equipments manufacturing & exporting is divided into 3 divisions : 1) Paper Sheeting, Book Binding & Exercise Book Making Machines a) Paper sheeting & book binding machines include reel to sheet paper sheeter, paper cutting machine, perfect binding machine, wire stitching machine and spiral wire binding machine. b) Exercise book making machines that convert paper reels to end products such as exercise books, student notebooks, hard cover notebooks, ruled pads, etc. 2) Construction & Building Materials Production Machines a) Brick making machines & concrete block machines that produce various sizes and designs of cement bricks, concrete blocks, hollow blocks, interlocking pavers and curbing blocks. b) Concrete batching plant and concrete mixer used in cement, sand and gravel mixing for the preparation of good quality concrete. c) Wire netting machines include chain link fence machine, welded wire mesh machine and barbed wire machine. 3) Coconut and Coconut Coir Processing Machines a) Coconut processing machines include young coconut cutting & juice extracting machine, coconut dehusking machine, coconut deshelling machine, coconut paring machine, coconut grinding machine and coconut milk extracting machine. b) Coconut coir processing machines include coconut defibring machine, coconut fibre baling press, coconut fibre cutting machine, coir curling machine, coir sheet forming line, cocopeat block making machine and cocopeat slab making machine. Most of its machineries and equipments are for export, and have been delivered and installed in countries such as Australia, India, Pakistan, Indonesia, Myanmar, Vietnam, Papua New Guinea, Fiji Islands, Vanuatu, French Polynesia, Iraq, Jordan, Oman, USA, Columbia, Guyana, Nicaragua, El Salvador, Belize, Trinidad & Tobago, Mali, Ghana, Tanzania, Ethiopia, Sudan, Nigeria and Somalia.
