We are a large company founded in 1988 dealing in lines of textiles, printing & dyeing, international trade, etc. We can produce all varieties of yarns, gray fabrics, bleached fabrics, printing & dyeing fabrics, etc. We have a production line of 220,000 spindles and 2,304 heads of automatic and semi-automatic rotor type open-end spinning machines. Excepting the domestic most advanced blowing-carding units, we also have foreign advanced equipments, which are imported from Germany, like TRUTZSCHLER blowing-carding units, drawing machines, carding machines, SAUREE double-twisting machines. We have SAVIO automatic cone winding machines and double-twisting machines, all of which are imported from Italy. And we have the world top-grade RIETER E65 carding machines and drawing machines, both of which are imported from Switzerland. These machines are mainly used to produce the Single-yarn or Strand of CJ40s-CJ120s or OE10s-OE21s yarns. Excepting the domestic advanced machines, the weaving factory has 40 sets of TOYOTA230 air-jet looms and 128 sets of BELGIUM PICANOL190 air-jet looms. And it holds 2 sets of BENNINGER sizing and warping machines. It can weave the width ranging from 47”to 90” of PLAIN, TWILL, SATIN, SMALL JACQUARD and ELASTIC FABRICS, etc. In 2006, it will respectively increase 30 sets of TOYOTA280 and TOYOTA340 air-jet weaving machines, which are mainly used to produce large jacquard and fabrics with large width.
