Dear Sir, The purpose of writing to you is to introduce our company Mahmood Group as a manufacturer and exporter of Grey Fabric & Yarn, to explore the possibility of doing business with you. We are one of largest textile group in Pakistan engaged in textile business since 1971 and the only Integrated group in Pakistan i.e. we move from ‘Farm to Fabric’. We have our own cotton farming & Ginning Factories (where CONTAMINATION is controlled from unginned cotton), Own spinning (150,000 Spindles) and finally own weaving (450 Air Jet looms). The company believes in branded technology and we are having most updated German, Japanese and Swiss machinery in our Weaving & Spinning units. Our Spinning owns app. 150,000 Spindles and 12,000 spindles have been recently added up in the year 2005. Our Spinning machinery has been imported form Toyoda & Muratec Japan, Trutzschler Germany and Reiter (K-44) Switzerland. In order to maintain high standard of quality the units are being regularly modernized and properly maintained in quality. The Spinning production range includes NE 6/1 to NE 120/1 in carded, combed and compact yarn in 100% cotton and NE 20/1 to NE 60/1 in Pc and CVC yarn and NE 8/1 to NE 100/2 spliced, two ply, three ply and four ply yarn. In special products the group is producing Lycra, Slub, Tencel and Zero twist yarn. In Lycra the count range is from NE 7+70d to NE 60+70d Counts up to 30/1 in Slub. Also having huge capacity of Plied yarn. Yarn is being produced from PIMA (grade II), Giza (Alexandria Packing), USA Fibermax, Australian, Brazilian, West African cotton. The company believes in product innovation and has successfully leveraged its strength in yarn manufacturing to make a variety of fabrics. We are the pioneers in Pakistan in developing stretch fabrics and high-count sheeting up to 600 thread counts. Recent developments include fabrics of Rayon & T-400 from Dupont & Linen Polyimide Fabric. Our weaving capacity is 450 air jet looms in width of 190 cm”, 210”, 310 cm and 340 cm model JAT 610 & 710 and reinforced 710 of Toyoda Japan. We have special looms in air jet equipped with new AGS technology (Air Gripper System) that control in fly of yarns as significant level and give very good quality and appearance to the Lycra fabric. We have also 110 looms of Sulzir Rooti Projectile. The fabric is being exported to various companies in the world in USA, Europe, Japan, South Africa, South Asia, Sri Lanka, Hong Kong, Korea and Taiwan. The product range includes fabric types in different constructions and using various yarn counts. Apparel: Twills, Bedford Cords, Herringbone, Canvases Sheeting, Percales, Sateens, Poplins, Stripped Sateens, Double Pick Fabrics Fancy Items: Half Panama, Full Panama, Stretch Twills, Slub and Dobby Items.
