When Global are invited to respond to a client brief we follow a simple process. • The brief is evaluated in order that we can assess our ability to deliver a successful solution. We do not always respond positively. • A project team is selected on the basis of specific project requirement. • This team researches the project fully. • A proposal is presented to the client. Global does not have a limited number of associated consultants as this would limit our ability to create specialist, cost effective teams to meet unique challenges. From an operational point of view we follow strict guidelines to ensure that client objectives are achieved and projects are carefully and successfully managed. We apply the same disciplines to the projects irrespective of the sector in which we are working • Releasing the full potential of low labour rates. • Achieving cost reduction and maximising profit. • Developing a commercial culture able/credible to replicate a successful formula. • Delivering quality and service specific to your needs and requirements.
