In Forging operating screw presses, forging hammers, Ring Rolling eccentric presses in our 6 process lines, we specialize in close- tolerance hot / worm forgings with a weight range of 0.3 kg . to 4 kg., supplied in plain carbon steel, alloy steel /Stainless steel/Brass/Aluminum forgings. We are supplying Automobile Turned Parts and Gear Blanks for Yamaha, Hero Honda, Suzuki Motorcycle in India . We are also manufacturing Ball Joint, Tie Rod & Suspension similar to TRW/MOOG as per sample/customer requirement We also provide secondary machining with CNC machines for a finished product upon our customers request. We are also Manufacturing Welding Accessories Like Welding Holder ,Earth Clamp, Cable Connector, Copper Lugs, Welding Screen, Chipping Hammer, Hand Gloves, Apron, Brass Gas Fitting ( Nozzle, Coupler ,Nut, Nipple), Welding Rod Oven ( Fix Type & Portable Type ), 2/4 Wheel Trailer for welding Machine With Jack Wheel, Sand/Shot Blasting Machine Portable type Etc. We maintain a fully functional tool room which includes CNC machining center, wire EDM and utilizing CAD/CAM in designing, we are capable of manufacturing various types of dies in-house also for Sheet Metal and Rubber Parts.
