Lading Manufacturer of MS ERW Black & Galvanized Pipes, Galvanized Sheets / Coils (GP/GC), Precision tubes made out of CR coils, HR Black Hollow sections made out of HR Coils (RHS/SHS) & Prepainted Galvanized Steel Coils / Aluminum-Alloy As / Galvalume- Zincalumin India. We have been supplying our above products locally as well as globally. Ours is an ISO 9001 accredited Public Limited Company with an annual group turnover of approx. USD 1000 Million. Our products range: 01. MS ERW Black & Galvanized Pipes: From ½” to 4” dia in extra light, light & medium series in the proportionate wall thickness of 1.50 mm to 5.00 mm as per IS: 1239, BS: 1387 and DIN Specifications or as per the requirement of the customers. Production Capacity: We have four Mills and Two Galvanizing Plants thereby able to produce more than 75000 MT per annum. 02. Precision Tubes made out of CR Coils (OR) HR BLACK HELLOW SECTIONS made out of HR Coils (RHS/SHS). From ½” to 1-1/2” OD/19mmx19mm on wards, in the proportionate wall thickness of 0.7 mm to 2.00 mm as per the requirement of the customers in specific length with precise tolerance in length, thickness and OD. End use: For furniture, auto-parts, cycle parts, or any other specific requirement. Production capacity: We have Three Mills backed with own CRC manufacturing to produce more than 20000 MT Per annum. 03. Galvanized Sheets / Coils (GP/GC): Our product range of Galvanized plain & corrugated sheets/coils are: Thickness : 0.14mm to 0.80mm Width: Plain : 400mm to 1000 mm, Corrugated : 665 to 900 mm Length : 1600 to 4500MM Zinc Coating : 80 to 275 GSM Coil weight : 5 MT max. Coil ID : 508MM Production capacity: More than 100,000 MT (One hundred thousand M.T.) per annum. We manufacture these items conforming to Indian, ASTM, JIS, Euro, Ethiopian etc Standards. Material can be supplied as Stretch Leveled and Skin Passed in Ordinary and Deep Drawing grades. 04. Prepainted Galvanized Steel Coils / Aluminum-Alloy As / Galvalume- Zincalum: Recently we have installed Colour coating plant is a fully imported unit, with the latest technology having 140 meters length, and designed with the latest Two coat bake system, with an accumulator at each end. The primer and top coat are applied in the same run, leading to zero wastage of coils. Two reverse roller coating machines ensure uniformity, quality and performance of the paint system. Each machine is capable of coating the fornt and back, and can be used to coat four colours in one run to provide two side coating (C2S) for special customer requirements. The distinct advantage of the coil coating process is its ability to provide a uniform coating, with very reproducible thickness, colour and gloss, in order to achieve better life and aesthetics. Thickness Range : 0.30MM to 1.00MM Width : 1220mm or any combination of slit width Zinc Coating : 120gsm to 275 Gms (LFQ) Coil Weight : up to 6 Metric Tones Coating : 5 Micron of primer and 20 Micron of top coat on top Side 5 micron of service coat on back side. Top Coat : 20-25 Micron Back Coat : 5-10 Micron Coil ID : 508MM We manufacture these items conforming to Indian, ASTM 653, Aa3105/ Aa3003/ IS31000 & 1 Specification C2C- Double side coating. All our products are put to a series of stringent quality tests as per relevant standards before being declared fit for the customers.
