Dear Ladies and Gentlemen! Our enterprise – JV ”Qorakolteks” was established in 1999 year, it is located in Qorakol city, Bukhara region, Republic of Uzbekistan. JV “Qorakolteks” is a member of the Group of companies AMATI. The basic specialization of o answer You for any question You have. Best regardsthe enterprise is the production of cotton yarn, dyed and knitted fabric and ready made. During the time of existence of our enterprise, there were organized partners` relations between Russian and Foreign Companies. JV “Qorakolteks” has the honor to suggest You its own production: 1. 100%Cotton Open End yarn, for manufacturing the woven fabrics. Nowadays the annual volume of the production is 3000 tons/year; and in the future it is planned to extend the manufacturing capacities. The technological line is submitted by such world’s famous manufacturers of equipment as Trutzschler (Germany) and Elitex (Czech). The quality of cotton yarn is tested in special laboratory on such equipments as Premier Uster and Zweitiger. 2. Knitted fabric (row and dyed). We produce: S. Jersey, Futter, Pique (Lacost), Rib. 1x1 and Lyc.Rib., Rib. 2x1 (Kashkorse) Waffle and Interlock. And also it is possible to produce the specific knitted fabric on our equipments on your samples. The annual volume of our enterprise is 2500 tons/year. The park of knitting machines is supplied with machines of the following manufacturers: TERROT (13 machines), CAMBER (9 machines) and MAYER (3 machines). Dyeing process of knitted fabric is made on Dogus equipment (Turkey). The capacity of production is 2000 tons/year. The laboratory of dyeing house is equipped with all necessary laboratory equipment, including spectrophotometer. In our venture work Turkish and Philippines experts technologists of knitting and dyeing production, and professional mechanics on fixing the equipment. The priorities of our work are the production of high quality export- forwarded, reasonable prices and shipment of production in stipulated terms. Also in the structure of Group of Companies there are ventures, specialized on sewing of ready made from knitted fabric.
